Terms of service and payment
In short: I look at your shop and write an offer for free. Before work starts we agree on the price and sign a contract. You pay in parts, and VAT invoices are issued by UAB Siuvimo manija. If the contract says something different, the contract applies.
1. Who provides the services
SiteSolvo is the name under which I, Kernius Zigmantas, work. I carry out the work myself.
The services are provided, contracts signed and VAT invoices issued by UAB Siuvimo manija (my family's company).

The services are for businesses and persons engaged in business.
2. How we agree
- I look at your shop for free and send you an offer by email: what I will do, what is not included and what it will cost. The offer does not commit you to anything.
- If you agree, we sign a contract before the work starts. It sets out the scope, the price, the payment schedule, the access I will need and the data processing terms.
- I do extra work only when we agree on it separately in writing.
3. Price and payment
- We agree on the price before the work starts.
- You pay in parts, by bank transfer against invoices.
- For larger jobs, you pay an advance before I start and the rest when the work is done and checked.
- The payment due date is shown on each invoice.
- Licences for paid plugins and design templates (themes) are not included in the price. You buy them yourself. We agree before the work starts whether any are needed.
Monthly maintenance – €55/month + VAT
Every month I:
- update the system and plugins;
- make backup copies;
- check the SSL certificate and watch for errors;
- keep the SEO basics up to date: titles and descriptions of new products and pages, and the sitemap.
The price also includes about an hour of small jobs per month.
4. VAT
- Invoices are issued by UAB Siuvimo manija.
- Lithuanian businesses are invoiced with Lithuanian VAT.
- Businesses in other EU countries with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse charge (Article 196 of Directive 2006/112/EC). No Lithuanian VAT is added, and the invoice states that the reverse charge applies. You account for the VAT in your own country. Before the invoice is issued, I check the VAT number in VIES.
- In other cases VAT is applied under Lithuanian rules.
5. How I work safely
- Before changing anything, I make a backup copy of the whole website and the database.
- I test the changes in a test copy. Your shop keeps working as usual in the meantime.
- I move the changes into your live shop only once everything has been checked.
I advise creating a separate admin account for me that you can switch off at any time. When I finish the work, I also advise changing the passwords.
6. What I do not promise
- I do not guarantee positions in Google search. I can fix what depends on the website, but the results are decided by Google.
- Payment, courier and hosting services, as well as paid plugins, are provided by other companies. I can connect them to your website and set them up, but they work under those companies' terms.
7. Data
How I handle personal data is described in the privacy notice.
I process your customers' data, which I see while working with the shop, only on your instructions. In this case I am the processor (Article 28 GDPR). The data processing terms are set out in the contract.
8. Disputes and governing law
If problems arise, write to me first. We settle disagreements by negotiation. The contract is governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
If the contract says something different from this page, the contract applies.
9. Updates
These terms were last updated on 18 October 2026. If I change them, I will change the date too.
